KENNETH DRUCKER

DRUCKER--Kenneth Alan, well known in the world of global finance, peacefully passed away on June 15 at the age on 76, in Tucson, Arizona. He leaves behind Marla Drucker, his beloved wife of 56 years; his two loving sons, Aaron and Mark, their wives, Stacey and Allison; and three adoring grandchildren, Abigail, Cary and Ira; his brother, Gordon Drucker; and sister, Myrna Bloom. Predeceased by his parents, Irving and Rosa Drucker. Kenneth grew up in Newton, Massachusetts. For 35 years, he lived with his wife, Marla, and two sons in Weston, Connecticut. For the past 10 years, he resided with Marla, in both Tucson, Arizona and Crested Butte, Colorado. He was an avid outdoor sportsman who enjoyed mountain biking and hiking. Prior to retirement, his most current position was Chairman of the Board of Natixis/ Loomis Sayles Mutual Fund in Boston, Massachusetts. Previously, Chairman, of the Audit Committee. Other board positions include Gateway Trust and Formica Corporation. He also held the positions of Vice President and Treasurer of Sequa Corporation in New York City from 1987-2006. He was in charge of global financing of the parent company and operating units in the United Kingdom, Europe, and Asia. In addition, he was also Senior Vice President of J. Walter Thompson, also in New York City, where he participated in mergers and acquisitions and worldwide financing of J. Walter Thompson and Hill and Knowlton Offices from 1985-1987. Prior to J. Walter Thompson, he served as Vice President and Treasurer of Stauffer Chemical Company of Westport, CT. His early career started at Price Waterhouse & Company in Washington, DC. He was also a Certified Public Accountant. He was a member of both the American Institute of CPAs and Connecticut Society of CPAs.
