Ken and I had our moments walking around our neighborhood with my dog, Macie, and our discussions regarding movies, his posts about what's in a name, etc. He will be missed.

My sincere condolences to Peggy and family. Ken was one in a million. He came to see my husband and I in a musical in Barnstable and gave us a standing ovation which brought the entire audience to life. That was who he was. Charismatic and exuberant. We will miss him very much. Please let us know if there is anything we can do. [email protected]

I studied some of Ken McAloon's work on models of Peano Arithmetic while I was a student in Jerusalem in the late seventies.
Although I never met him in person, we reconnected few years ago on Facebook. I was surprised and delighted to discover how much we shared-not only an interest in logic, but also a love for the classics, including The Bible, Babylonian and Sumerian literature. I learned a great deal from him.
In recent weeks I hadn´t heard from him, and this morning, after searching his name online, I was shocked to find his obituary.
RIP, Ken.
