It is with deepest sadness that I mourn the loss of a great friend and mentor, Leonard Litwin. Our relationship for over 40 years has been the most remarkable years as we discussed real estate, philanthropy, world events, and New York City. I will always remember Lenny. I remember when Mr. Litwin was in his late eighties and he grabbed a shovel from a employee and demonstrated to the much younger man how to shovel the soil properly. It was funny but mostly amazing to me. Something that to this day I have a laugh about. May he Rest In Peace
