LEONARD SILBERMAN Obituary
passed away in his home at age 93 on April 16, 2016. Cherished husband of his late wife Rosalie. Loving and devoted father to David Silberman (Gay), Richard Silberman (Mary), Amy Silberman Benjamin (Alan), Susan Nussbaum Cohen (Alan), Joanne Nussbaum Marquardt (Kristin). Loving Poppy to twelve adoring grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Lenny co-founded Duralee in 1952. He became President in 1986 and CEO in 1996. Lenny remains a legendary figure in the industry. He touched thousands of lives as a leader and mentor. He believed in charity and gave generously to many.

Mr.Silberman has been the first person my brother and myself worked with in New York and in many occasions we could appreciate his kindness and humour. We will remember him and we are sending our condolences to his family.
