LEONORE MANDELL SCHENKER Obituary

MANDELL SCHENKER--Leonore, on July 1, 2014, at age 95. Born in Brooklyn, Leonore spent much of her life in Hewlett, New York, and later in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The beloved wife of the late Herbert Mandell and later Jack Schenker, Leonore was a generous philanthropist, skillful golfer, voracious reader, talented flower arranger and gracious hostess. Her playfulness, vitality, and humor will be missed by her many friends as well as by her devoted and grateful children Richard Mandell, James Mandell, and Margery Mandell Sugarman and their spouses as well as by her grandchildren Matthew, Erin, Joshua, Allison, Jake, Alix and Katie and her great-grandchildren Max and Julia.
