I'm saddened to hear of the passing of my friend and fellow surgery resident, Dr. Marshall Kramer. In our 5 years together at St. Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center of NY, we became friends and allies.
I am so very sorry to lose such a good friend and quality human being.
