I was a file clerk at New York hospital (retired) 2014. Dr Nydick never pass me in the hallway he will stop and have a conversation with me about sports. Even after I retired my co workers will call me and say Dr. Nydick ask about you.

I am so very saddened that Dr. Nydick has passed. He was so helpful to me and so caring as a doctor. My late husband, Joe, and I spoke fondly of him always. He actually set me on the path to being cured of Cushing's Disease. God bless him.

To the entire Nydick family, We at Grassy Waters Preserve are very sorry to hear about the passing of Marty. As a volunteer at our Nature Center near his house in Florida, Marty was always a huge help with our environmental school programs. Marty would dipnet, swamp tromp and sometimes canoe with our 4-5th graders learning about our Florida wetlands habitat. Marty walked with our staff on Bird walks assisting with ID. He was a kind, patient and generous with his time as a volunteer. We are thankful for knowing Marty and will also miss him. May you all find comfort in such happy memories at this difficult time.

Dr. Nydick was our physician for many years. He was caring and insightful, and combined seriousness with a great dry humor. Our deep condolences to all his family.

Dearest Connie, I am so deeply sad for you at Marty´s passing. I send my condolences to Marty´s entire family. All of you have sustained a terrible loss. I am thankful that I got to know Marty a little. I will never forget our first meeting, as I was walking George and Gracie in the Village. And do you remember that he came to my hospital room to visit me when I was in NY Presbyterian? Such a kind and comforting presence.
I wish I could be at the service, but please know my heart is with you.
Much LAUPR,
Binnie

We have lost a unique individual. He cared about the people that worked for him. He made sure that when he retired, they had a place to go.
His patients were fortunate in that he listened to what they had to say & skillfully addressed their concerns with kindness & compassion.
A bright light may have been extinguished, but it's glow will continue to shine.
