I was very blessed to have met Maureen through Andrea. She was such a beautiful person and so down to earth. I was fortunate to be able to visit her home in New York when we were there for pride. I think of her often when I read my angel cards that I shared with her. I know I´m a better person for knowing her. She is dearly missed.

I went to school with Maureen. We were friends, not close friends, but I remember going to her house once or twice. I just heard about her death and saddened by it. Maureen accomplished a lot during her life and she was a beautiful woman. My sympathy to all of her family.

Maureen was a bright star against a dark night. Any one who was lucky enough to spend any amount of time with her would know that she was extremely bright, creative, accomplished, and empathetic. Heaven has gained an angel while the rest of us mourn the loss of an incredible woman.

What a life! So proud of her many accomplishments where she continues be a role model for our daughters and so many others. We met Maureen and the rest of her family when were all but teenagers and will always remember her smile. Our condolences to the Family. Maureen and I met in 2011 and we worked together in 2014 and 2015. Thereafter, we would meet up in Midtown for lunch and have wonderful, far-reaching conversations. She noted to me that we once shared an office for an afternoon and worked on our laptops without exchanging a word, and how that was the most natural and pleasant thing.
My sincere condolences to Maureen's family. Maureen epitomized class and grace in everything she did.

Maureen was a visionary, a thoughtful creative who cared about how to help others share their stories to make those less seen feel not so alone. She saw something in me, and my short film, long ago and was one of my champions.
We would run into each other at film festivals yearly and it was a delight when I learned that she was married to another film friend of mine, Andrea.

Maureen was a beautiful soul. I had the pleasure of working with her for almost 20 years. I happened to have lunch with her after I found out I was pregnant in unique circumstances later in life. She said 'God gave her this child and you will be an amazing mother. You can do this. If the universe allows you a full pregnancy, then it is the ultimate gift." I remember this lunch with such clarity...the strength it gave me. Maureen was generous in her mentorship and her friendship. I will miss her. Maureen was a client of mine for 20 years. One of my best industry friends. She was an incredible client and friend. I had a lunch with her 3 days after I found out I was pregnant in unique circumstances and before I had told family and she said "God gave this child to you and you will be an amazing mother.
