I was just thinking of Maxine this morning and searched for her on the internet. I am so sorry to hear of her passing 10 years ago. We were good friends back in the 1960s. She always had a fabulous sense of humor. I am sorry I reached out too late. May she rest in peace.

I only just read of Maxine's passing.
She was a fine, fiery woman and a good friend; though distance separated us for many years, I always carried her in my heart-and shall continue to.
