Michael was such an important part of my life. The news of his loss leaves me numb. I would be happy to hear from any of his friends or family and to be able to express my condolences to them personally.

Mike was Chock full o' Information. Pick a topic and he had it covered. The consummate, charismatic, conversationalist.
I feel cheated yet honored knowing him roughly a dozen short years.
My condolences to Mary and all those who knew and loved him,he is surely missed.

This makes me very sad. Mike and I were in phone contact for a few months shortly before he died. We were constantly interrupting each other to share memories, thoughts and suggestions. I live in No.CA; he contacted me, spontaneously, out of the blue and began strongly insisting that I begin writing poetry again. So I did. I was and am grateful to him for that. I still have a file of his emails which I intend to keep. Good bye Mike and thank you.

Mike sounds so full of life, with a wealth of knowledge to share and so many varied interests. I wish I had known him. My heartfelt condolences to Mary and the rest of the family.

As most know, Michael was my dear friend for 60+ years. I will miss him. I DO miss him. Many family and friends know that I was supposed to meet with him the night he didn't show up. Very sad.

I am so glad I got to visit with Mike at Beth's early Thanksgiving in November of 2022. He was at his most urbane and charming. That's how I will remember him. Rest in peace, Mike. Condolences and love to all the family and friends.
