MICHEL DAVID-WEILL Obituary

DAVID-WEILL--Michel. The French-American Foundation mourns the passing of our longstanding Board member, Michel David-Weill. Michel believed deeply in the Foundation's mission and dedicated his life to strengthening the French-American relationship through business and philanthropy alike. He served as an honoree of our annual Gala and together with the firm of Lazard, was instrumental in supporting the Foundation's work over many years, in particular our Young Leaders program. Michel was committed to excellence in everything that he did and leaves behind an extraordinary legacy on both sides of the Atlantic. The Board of Directors and the staff of the Foundation extend their deepest sympathies to his wife, Helene David-Weill; to his daughters, Beatrice Stern, Natalie Merveilleux du Vignaux, Cecile David-Weill, and Agathe Mordacq; and to his family and friends.
