Monroe was father to one my childhood friends. Aa a result I spent many nights with the Faust family but it was Monroe who first introduced me to the NY Philharmonic, Broadway plays and lunches at the Harvard Club. He also introduced me to the pre-Trump NY real estate world of Harry and Leona Helmsley.when I was in search of my first NYC apartment.
Monroe was the peacekeeper of the family something I very much resonated with.
We last saw one another at the Four Seasons in Palm Beach when my son got to meet his granddaughter.
We all miss you and we´ll see you before you know it.

My first boss at William Iselin, mentor and friend. I recall with fondness our brainstorming sessions, lunches at the Harvard Club, Spring golf games, and warm relations long after I moved on.A very decent man.

As former Secretary General of the Amsterdam based Factors Chain International I would like to express our gratitude for Monroe's many years as Member and Vice Chairman of the FCI Executive Committee. Monroe and Lucy made many friends over those years in the international factoring community and he will be remembered as a true professional and a man of culture with a great sense of humor. Also on behalf of his numerous FCI friends I extend my sympathy to the family.
