15 years ago my son was diagnosed with lymphoma. He was 14. My mom, Natalie Franzese told me that there was a cousin in NYC that I could reach out to.
Dr. Gonzalez never treated my son but was so kind and directed me. Life got busy and I never reached out to Nick to say thank you. I think my mom referred to him as Nicky. My mom died in 2009 and I did not remember the cousin's name who was so kind to me. I was just in an old phone book and found Nick's name. I was so delighted that I could finally thank him properly. I was so sad to read that he died. I want his wife to know how kind he was to me and how grateful I was to receive his guidance 15 years ago. Please accept my sincere gratitude and condolences.

I would like to say thank you for the life of Nicholas and his treatment in the nutritional field of cancer because he gave people healthy alternatives to the traditional treatments provided which often fail and provide more hardship for the patients. I know because a close friend's health went down hill rapidly having chemotherapy for ovarian cancer and she died thereafter. I pay tribute to Nicholas for wanting to make the world a better place for patients with cancer and giving them a chance of survival. I commend all who continue his work as he truly cared for the patients not profits. People like Nicholas make the world a better place.

Especially in today's world we need more people like Dr Nicholas Gonzalez. He believed in helping people to get better and thrive which is the opposite of traditional treatment which relies on patients to be ill to make a fortune out of other's misfortune. I support those who carry on Dr Gonzalez's legacy by caring for people and helping them to lengthen their lifespan. I continue to hope and pray every patient can the option of nutritional treatment therapy which I know works by personal experience helping me to avoid unnecessary surgical treatment for suspected ovarian cancer.

Mr. Gonzalez was the most dedicated doctor I ever met. He and his program are responsible for saving my life when I had advanced, metastatic ovarian cancer. I saw Dr. Gonzalez over 20 years ago and I remain cancer free. I shall always remember him and he holds a special place in my heart. He had principles and stood up against the established medical community because he knew he could help people. He was a rare and wonderful man.

I hope and pray that all doctors who follow in Dr Gonzalez's footsteps will be given the credit they deserve and the public will have an informed choice in healthcare not a manipulated one. Dr Gonzalez, I appreciate all you done to make the world a better place. Thanks for your bravery for standing up for what you believed in against all the odds. We need more like you. God bless you.

I can't believe that four years have passed. I remember him daily, not just because of what he did for me regarding my health, but also because of the kind, caring, and inspirational man that he was. He is a great loss, but he left so much that is great and good behind him.

I only heard today that Nicholas Gonzalez had died. He was a interesting man who believed in his protocol with every fiber of his being. I had hoped that he would be able to help me with my lifelong digestive issues but the number of supplements and frequent detox procedures were too much for me and I did not see appreciable improvement. But I know for many--he was incredibly helpful. I can credit Dr. G with two amazing referrals that I still use today. One is Angelo Colavita, a neck specialist who works in Clifton, NJ and has helped me to avoid the knife and continual pain. The other is Ozark water purifiers that enable me to drink the cleanest water. I was sorry to hear of his passing.

Hi. I got an email from Nancy Catrell asking me to tell my story and experience with Nick Gonzalez. He saved my life. I was considered terminal with ovarian cancer. It was advanced metastatic cancer. I went on the program religiously for two or three years. I went into remission and have been cancer free for almost 20 years now. I felt healthy on the program and also that I was actively participating in my own recovery. I had refused the chemo that my oncologist offered because with the rare form of ovarian cancer I had, they said chemo was not effective. That may be why I did so well on Dr. Gonzalez's program - my immune system had not been compromised by chemo. From what I read. Dr. Linda Isaacs is continuing Dr. Gonzalez's work. I am very grateful that the work continues. This is a life saving program.

I feel truly privalidged to have had Dr Nick teach me his protocol for healing. I only met him twice but knew instantly that he was one in a million with a pure heart to do good for his patients and the world around him. He was honest and so knowledgeable and most of all a man of God which was evident from a lot of recordings I had listened to. Heaven has gained an angel, my thoughts are often witpth you Mary Beth, and thanks for continuing his legacy with his books and foundation he would be so proud of you

Such a loss!!! One of my college professors - Janice Kuldau, went to Dr. Gonzalez with stage 4 Lymphoma twenty years before I met her. Needless to say, Dr. Gonzalez saved her life and she in turn told us about him so we could tell others and save more lives. Today I was about to tell a parent with a child with Leukemia about Dr. Gonzalez and learned of his death. Bless you, Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez! May your work continue with Dr. Linda and other doctors!

Nick Gonzalez was an angel whose assignment on planet earth was to eliminate the negatives and celebrate the positives.
There are 3 people in my life who had this heavenly quality and Nick was one of them.
Nick and Mary Beth spent time with us in the desert recently and we walked the Agua Caliente Indian Reservation. At one point, we were about a mile beyond civilization and Nick was struck with the silence in the midst of the huge mountains and the oases surrounded by elephantine ancient palms...pretty amazing experience for a New Yorker constantly bombarded with big city noise and polluted air.
Although Nick has departed, he is still and will always be very present as I plan on following the lessons he taught me for the rest of my life.
I never had a brother, but if I could have chosen one, it would be Nick.
There will always be a very special place in my heart and mind for Dr.Nick Gonzalez.

My deepest sympathies to Dr. Gonzalez' wife & family. I have never met Dr. G, but like many, I became a great admirer after seeing him in "Quest for the Cures" and more recently, the"Evolution of Medicine" summit, which contains his last professional interview. It is easy to tell that he was a one-in-a-million man with a combination of qualities that is excruciatingly rare. His death is indeed a huge shock and loss. I pray for Dr. Isaacs' continued strength and great courage as she carries on the practice! I pray that his unfinished book will be completed, and that his and Dr. Isaacs' great work may become better known, with many more practitioners desiring to employ these natural methods. God Bless!

I love what everyone on this page has already said about Dr G. I second all of it.
Dr G was the greatest doctor anyone could have. He was a great listener to his patients and said he always learned from them. Now what doctor anywhere else would say that? Dr G was brilliant and open-minded and always learning and was patient and compassionate and funny - I loved his tongue-in-cheek sarcastic humor when he spoke about some conventional medicine practitioners or self-proclaimed cancer specialists.
He was such a New Yorker and I loved that about him because he brought out the passionate New Yorker in me too. We had some fun conversations - a rarity in a doctor's office.
I loved visiting him for my annual appointment because he seemed to have so many good answers for so many of my off-the-wall questions. He saved my life and many others and I know he is completely missed by all who knew him: his beloved wife, family, colleagues, staff, and patients.
Dr G was such a great man as a person and as a scientist. He had so much integrity and professionalism. I am still just stunned at his passing and to realize that he is no longer on earth. He was supposed to be my doctor forever. I will always miss him.
Rest in Peace, Dr G.

I have had the privilege to meet Dr. Gonzalez several times. He treated my sister Diane for 10 yrs. My family had a lot of respect for him. He gave my sister great care. And he was always truthful with her and was not selling sunshine in a bottle. He wanted her well period. Whenever I think of New York I think of Nick Gonzalez. New York and Nick represented hope for our family. I will always see it that way. Our prayers go out to his family. The countless hours he spent on the phone with us was so appreciated.... Which we know took time away from his loved ones. Blessings and thank you. We are so sorry for your loss.

Words cannot begin to express my gratitude for Nicholas Gonzalez. I not only healed my severe rheumatoid arthritis, I learned how to help guide others in the direction of good health. He introduced me to Dr. Wm. Kelley, and between them I learned to see the body in a whole new way. Nick was gifted, brilliant, brave, and honest. He was intuitive, direct, and willing to work with people over the long haul as they learned how to balance their body and thus heal. There were no others like him. I have lost my doctor, a friend, a teacher, and a model of how to be in this world.

Dear Dr.Gonzalez, I am deeply saddened by the news and still in disbelief. I have never met you in a person but have read all your books and books as well as references related to your work. I listened to all of your lecture DVD's. You are a legacy. You are a fearless and tireless leader. The world is in such a great loss without you. Thank you for all your hard work and your writings. God took you too soon and I am trying very hard to see the reason behind this incident. The only thing I can see is maybe it is time for you to rest. May you be embraced by God's Love and the Divine Light. May this Light shine on your soul and spirit just like the light you have shone via knowledge, research, and practice while you dwelled on this earth. May peace be with you. To me, you never die.

We have lost a friend and a brilliant doctor. I have looked to him for the last 21 years to give me the direction I needed to maintain my health. As a young woman with severe chronic fatigue and no hope, he gave me my life back with his protocol. He was always kind and compassionate. I trusted his amazing knowledge base that he worked from. I never felt like an I was an experiment for him. He was always transparent about his faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and I know he is with Him now. Well done Dr. Gonzalez! You are missed.

When my 49 yr. old sister got pancreatic cancer in 2009, I asked my MD and my DC for resources that I could give her. They each suggested Dr. Gonzalez! Unfortunately my sister and her family were not interested in looking into alternative healing therapies as their doctors at a renowned cancer hospital in Seattle, felt confident that they could successfully treat her cancer, since it was caught early. So, she suffered 8 months of painful, traditional cancer treatments, before passing away 3 days after her 50th birthday. However, I want to say that because of my sister's diagnosis, I did much reading and research into Dr. Gonzalez's background, and his protocols. I became very impressed that he had discovered a successful way of treating cancer, especially a difficult cancer such as pancreatic cancer. Dr. Gonzalez was a very amazing, intelligent, compassionate and brave man. I consider him a Maverick. His untimely, unexpected death came as a great shock to me. I felt almost as if I knew him personally. Blessings & healing to his family and all who knew him. May his legacy live on through his partner Dr. Isaacs. Keep up the good work.

When my father was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, I wrote Dr. Gonzalez to inquire if my father would be a good candidate for his treatment. My father suffered from terrible GERD. Dr. Gonzalez wrote me back a personal letter (which I cherish for his kindness) and explained that with the GERD, my father was not a good candidate (which I had suspected). I was so moved that Dr. Gonzalez took the time to write a personal reply. I cite him and his work often and was devastated to learn of his death. My prayers go out to his wife and family. His death is such a tragic loss for them as well as for the entire world.

Our prayers go out to Dr Nicholas Gonzalez and his family. While Nick saved my life I feel the most saddened for all of those he could have helped. On July 21, 2015, my friend, Nicholas Gonzalez, went home to be with the Lord he loved. Dr. Gonzalez was an amazing man: a gifted physician, writer, and researcher in the treatment of cancer. I will miss him like a brother, and thank God for bringing Nick Gonzalez into my life when I needed him the most. I have been a patient of Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez's for well over twenty years. His knowledge literally opened new horizons for any who came into contact with him and for the nutritional approach to cancer and degenerative disease. I can think of no one who did so much for this cause and for science in general. I can think of no one so totally devoted to his patients, to learning, to critical thought and to complete decency and ethical behavior at all times. There is so much I could say but it will suffice in part to note that my life exists and flourishes because of Dr. Gonzalez (and the treatment he gave to the world) and this will never change. I do not know what took him from us but I know that when scientists and laypeople looked at Dr. Gonzalez's work in the spirit of true scientific inquiry and intellectual openness they saw Dr. Gonzalez's work for what it was; monumentally advanced, highly original and thoroughly scientific, all tended to by a man of the highest and most unassailable integrity and all on behalf of his patients. My dear Dr. Gonzalez, I will miss you very, very much; as my doctor and as a man I have always admired more than words can say. Your passing leaves me in tremendous shock and sadness. I send you a thousand, nay a million thank you's and I go on knowing that my life and the scientific life of this world was, and is each day, made infinitely better because of you.

I didnt know Dr.Gonzalez personally, but I first learned about him 4 years ago when my father was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. At he hospital, we were told there was nothing that could be done for him. So I frantically was looking for alternate cures for him other than the traditional medicine. He unfortuneately passed away 5 weeks after being diagnosed. It happened so fast. I have since been interested in alternate cures. The other day, when I found out about Dr.Gonzalez I was literally devastated. He was too young. May God be with his family and rest in knowing he was The Best and shared everything he knew for the good of humanity.. He was a blessing to EVERYONE. REST IN PEACE!

We are saddened to hear of the untimely passing of Nick. Even though we never had the privilege of meeting him, we have heard only wonderful words of admiration from Teddy and Charlie about
Nick. May you find comfort in knowing others care about you.
May a loving God hold you in the palm of his hand.
Our best Regards, Carol and Ed deLemos
