Paul was a good friend, colleague, trusted advisor and a great family man. I will sincerely miss his friendship and support. One of the most creative, intelligent gentlemen I have worked with. I will sincerely miss him.

Paul -
You were a wonderful person, and great colleague. Loved talking about wine with you and thanks for the WTSO recommendation! Your athletic accomplishments were clearly terrific, but your love of family and your daughters is the most important attribute. Your sudden passing makes all of us take a breath and sigh...You will be sorely missed. Rest in peace pal...

I had recently met Paul in Arizona at the Phoenix Open. He was so incredibly nice and low key. We had planned to get together to see if there was a business opportunity. Although I only met him briefly, I could tell he was a genuine person. My prayers are with you and your family at this time.

Paul was smart, warm and steadfast. We served together on a few CBRE special projects. He was a good friend and I always enjoyed his company, either in person or on the phone. His was a global reach.

My sincere and heartfelt condolences to the family.

My deepest condolences. It is such a tragedy to lose anyone in death, but especially a family man who was so young. I hope the Allegretti family finds comfort in believing that God will "make you strong, He will firmly ground you" during this time of grief. (1 Peter 5:10)

Dear Mary Ellen, Rebekah & Nicole:

My heart is with you during this difficult time. My biggest memory of Paul is how he loved you all 3 so much!!

Paul was truly an inspirational person whom taught me so much when we worked together. It is crazy that just on the very day I heard of his passing I has said earlier in the day that I wanted to call and thank him.

Truly saddened by this. And may god give you strength to get through this.

Maryellen, Rebekah and Nicole, You know how we all feel about your family. Paul is such a kind and gentle soul who was beloved as a skating parent at Sky Rink, particularly by your coaching team:). I know he is watching over you from heaven, and that your lives will continue to be filled with lots of love from those of us who are lucky enough to have you in our lives!

Maryellen and Family,

Unfortunately I cannot attend Friday's memorial service so please allow me to express my condolences here.

I had the true pleasure of working with Paul at CBRE. He was a mentor to me in many ways. Upon hearing this news last Thursday evening, I was just shocked and incredibly saddened. It has been on my mind ever since.

I last spoke to Paul around the holidays to congratulate him on the exciting new opportunity with Cushman. I was so certain we would work together again someday. I had him on my list of people to call just last week to touch base, now I will never get a chance to do that. It makes me so very sad to know that I will never get an opportunity to work with and learn from him again.

Paul was truly "one of the good guys" in our industry. He always spoke about you and the girls. It was so obvious that his family was his first priority. He would light up talking about the girls' skiing and skating experiences.

My heart truly aches for you all. His loss will be felt by the many people he so positively impacted.

Please accept my sincerest condolences and heartfelt sympathy during this terribly difficult time.

I had the opportunity of working closely with Paul over the past several years at CBRE. Most recently, I spent the day with him this past October entertaining one of our clients from Japan. We had lunch and he spoke fondly of his wife and daughters sharing with me the story of their transition back to the city from the suburbs. Paul was not only a smart and strategic business person, but he was a gentlemen who was interested in those around him and had the great ability to listen and engage.

I will miss Paul and hope that this message reaches his wife and daughters. It was always "family" first for Paul and he adored all of you. With my deepest condolences, Brian Jennings, Managing Director, CBRE
