To my dear friend Peter,
You were my first boss, my mentor and my friend. Our conversations over the years were always filled with joy and laughter. I will miss the learned counsel, guidance, enthusiasm and optimism you always provided.
Rest in peace my dear friend.

To our friend Peter-a terrific guy who put up an heroic fight against a very difficult adversary. A patriot,in fighting this illness, he evidenced the same strength and indomitable spirit as he did his entire life. An Army and Vietnam vet, and proud of it! A Brooklyn Native-and proud of it! A Fire Island fixture-and proud of it! But most of all a DEVOTED family man in the true sense of the words-"dad" and "husband"- And ALWAYS very proud of it! Our deepest condolences to Peggy and the Boys-Peter loved you all so dearly all the days of his life.

To my adopted father.
You were such a great person and a truly special friend to me. I will miss you very much.
I look forward to our meeting when the Lord calls me home. I'm sure you will be ready with a joke for me as you did so often.
The world is a far emptier place without you in it.
Rest in peace good man, rest in peace.
I love you.
