Patricia A. Lash

Patricia A. Lash, 83, of Irwin, died Friday, Aug. 29, 2025, at St. Anne Nursing Center, Greensburg. She was born Jan. 5, 1942, in McKeesport a daughter of the late Esther (Pagliari) Sacchetti and Robert Sacchetti. Patty loved her grandkids more than anything and she was so proud of each one of them. She also loved all Pittsburgh sports teams especially the Pittsburgh Steelers and never missed a Steeler game. She loved her flowers and loved maintaining her yard until she was physically unable to. At one time she was an active member of the American Legion, Post 359 Auxiliary, Irwin. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband of 51 years Joseph R. Lash Sr. She is survived by her sons Joseph R. (Stephanie) Lash Jr. of Lafayette, IN and Jeffrey R. (Kristin) Lash of Trafford; four grandchildren Nathan, Olivia, and Annabelle Lash, and Aryana Marsella; a brother Robert "Rip" Sacchetti of Buena Vista; also nieces and nephews. Friends and family will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 2, at the William Snyder Funeral Home, 521 Main Street, Irwin, where a funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. She will be laid to rest next to her husband at Union Cemetery.
