ROBERT D'AMICO Obituary
Born May 22, 1941 in NYC. Son of Margaret and Charles, brother of Rita Basso. Bob graduated from University of Tampa and served our country as an MP at the Berlin Wall. He was a driver for the New York Times. Bob was a proud Long Beach lifeguard, loved the ocean, art museums and travel. He was very close to his children, Dana and Taj (Kathryn). He loved his four granddaughters Sea, Kassidy, Indie and Sadie. Bob was one of a kind. He had a big heart and will be missed by his friends and family. Family will receive friends Friday 2-4 and 7-9pm for the memorial visitation at the Christopher T. Jordan Funeral Home, Inc., 302 Long Beach Rd., Island Park, NY 11558.
