It is with great sadness that I hear of his passing. I often look to the past when I started working for Bob at the start of his prosperous-to-be law firm with Bill Cuddy. What an honest, honorable and caring family man he was and I was proud to have been part of his firm. Thoughts and prayers to all the Feder family.

My name is Mayra Roque and I worked for Mr. Feder five years ago. It is with great sadness to hear of Mr. Feder's passing. I was just about to call Mr. Feder to say hello and when I did not see his picture on the website of Cuddy & Feder I then researched and that's how I found out about his demise. I am speechless and am without words at this time. He was such a brilliant, wonderful, humble, sincere and kindhearted soul. I remember how he would always come into the office with that special smile. My deepest condolences and prayers to Mrs. Feder and The Feder Family. He will be greatly missed.

Not long ago I appeared before the White Plains City Court Judicial Screening Committee, of which Mr. Feder was a member. He was an active participant in the screening process and seemed genuinely interested in my (humble) opinions. Turns out he had been acquainted with relatives of mine, and we chatted a bit about Old White Plains. Truly, he could not have been a more gracious gentleman. Those of his generation, with his style and class, like him will be sorely missed.

Bob was an exceptionally fine attorney and human being. His civic dedication to White Plains is virtually unmatched. He acted to bring people together, he did not merely talk about it. Bob's professionalism and humanity will surely be missed. My condolences to Bob's wife and family.

My flight was delayed by over six hours but nevertheless, Bob was waiting for me at 2am at JFK, greeting me with a smile and open arms. It was 40 years ago. That scene will be forever itched into my memory. The kindness of this brilliant and witty man will live on forever. Thank you Bob for teaching my son, Roy, on his Bar Mitzvah day, how to tie a tie. Marge and family it was a privilege to be part of the Feders. Love, Etti

More important than being an expert attorney (which he certainly was), Bob was an incredibly fine human being. I so much appreciate the many kindnesses he showed to my husband, Lloyd, and to me as well as his encouragement and inspiration. His memory is truly a blessing.

Bob, It is your loving smiling presence that shall echo through the years to come as we inhabit the places you helped our community to become. Know that the circle of love you engendered will thrive and grow for generations because of the way you and Marge created and cared for this circle with your whole lives.

Thanks Bob.

Blessed Be.
