I had the privilage of meeting Mr. Lewis 10 years ago when I started at Jackson Lewis. I was impress to meet one of the icons who hepled created and shaped the firm that I now work for. We got to know each on a first name basis by his many visits to our office after his retirement. Mr Lewis was a great attorney and a wonderful person and it was always a pleasure to read about his NLRB accomplishments.I will miss him. My condolences to his wife and family and may JEHOVAH-SHALOM comfort you in your time of sorrow.

I worked with JL for over 30 years and have known Bob Lewis during this period. I have always found him to be an extremely professional, nice and pleasant person. He will be sadly missed. My condolences to his wife and family.

I first met Bob Lewis when I was an attorney with the NLRB in Newark in 1959. Over the years our lives crossed paths often, culminating in my serving as "of Counsel" in his firm for about 8 years before retiring. He was an affable yet knowledgeable attorney, recognized as preeminent in his chosen field. My condolences to his family and friends.
