NEUBERGER--Roy R. The Board and staff of the Neuberger Museum of Art, and the faculty, staff, and students of Purchase College SUNY will miss Roy R. Neuberger - our gregarious supportive friend; visionary museum founder; humanist; activist promoter of the as-yet unsung talented artist; brilliant passionate collector; enthusiastic educator to those of all ages; and generous patron. The ideals he embraced of the arts as the embodiment of our shared aspirations for a better world will live on at the Neuberger Museum of Art and in the hearts of all of us whom he touched with his kindness, his stories, his wisdom and wit.
