RUTH SUBLETTE REED Obituary

REED--Ruth Sublette, passed away peacefully on March 24, 2014, after a long illness. Born in Montgomery, AL in 1926, came to New York City in 1945, prominent in fashion modeling, editing and forecasting at Conde Nast, Celanese, others. Former wife of Curtis Roosevelt. Predeceased by husband, Robert Reed, survived by loving family Dana, Kristin, Darren and Kaela Reed. Memorial service to be held in June.

I'm thinking of Ruth today while watching The Roosevelt;s and decided to Google her. I'm so sorry to find out of her passing in March. I worked for Ruth in the sixties at Celanese. She was a wonderful boss and she will be missed.
