LINDENBAUM--Sandy, My dearest Bo, it is, unbelievably, thirteen years since we have been together. You are loved, thought of and spoken of by so many friends and family members. How I wish you were here today to have your love and guidance and share the happiness and pride which our daughter, grandchildren and great- grandchildren continue to give me. So many of our dear friends have gone now, but perhaps they are with you in a better place than this chaotic world of today. All my love, Linda
