SIDNEY SHULMAN Obituary

SHULMAN--Sidney. Sidney Shulman, Ph.D., 90, 1923 - 2014. Distinguished Bio-chemistry school professor: New York Medical College/University of Buffalo - Extensive research/publications in the field of immunology and human infertility, followed by a lab practice. He is survived by his beloved wife, Irma, and children, Katharine, Michael, Stephen, Andrew, Rebecca and Elizabeth - grandchildren, Noah, David, and Jemsea. Dr. Shulman was a devotee of opera and classical music, a polyglot and an avid reader. Apart from his piercing intellect, he was known for his wit, charm, entertaining personality and as a dear Friend to many. He will be missed! Services Sunday, May 4, 2014 at 12:00 noon at Plaza Jewish Community Chapel (Amsterdam Ave. and the corner of West 91st St.).
