I was a student of Mrs. Kaplan. She was filled with wit. She had a great zest for life. She was encouraging. She made us strive.
It was something that she taught us that I have with me to this very day: That as there is a beginning, so is there an end and that the two mirror each other.
Her life was filled with enthusiam.
May her soul rest in peace.
May the good that she inspired in others continue until the end of time.
Someone had said that "Teachers can effect eternity. There is no knowing where their influence stops."
Mrs. Kaplan, you had an effect on eternity. May it stand you in good stead up above. May your soul receive a favorable judgement. May your soul bask in the radiance of G-d's kindness and love and may you look down favorably upon your many students who span the globe.
