I had the honor of learning from Prof. Couch at Fordham. She was a force of nature who delighted in sharing her vast wisdom and experience - and endless anecdotes - with her students. She truly cared that her students learned something and went above and beyond to make it happen. I loved her unapologetic brassiness, high standards, quick laugh, and steady encouragement. She always made time for me outside of class and gave me the push to start my own business. She is the reason I have the career I have today. She was one of a kind and I miss her.

I had the honor to work with Suzan for many years, and guest lectured many times in her classes at Fordham Business School. Classy woman, eloquent, superb Marketing knowledge and expertise, and great role model and mentor!
Suzan- the Marketing world is much smaller without you!
