I JUST WANTED TO SAY THAT NO ONE IS EVER PREPARED FOR SOMETHING LIKE THIS, BUT WHEN IT HAPPENS IT HURTS LIKE CRAZY AND WE JUST DON'T KNOW EXACTLY WHAT AND HOW TO DEAL WITH IT, BUT WE DO.
