Villette was a wonderful person. She was kind, friendly and very intelligent. I will always remember her from the time we spent together at Manhattanville. May she rest in peace.

I Am so sorry! Was just trying to reconnect w Vilette. She was working in NY city last time we spoke...longer ago than I remembered. We were classmates at Sacred Heart Academy in Stamford, class of 1962. Doesn’t seem that long ago

When I remember Vilette in high school, I smile. She was soft spoken, smart and very blonde and very pretty. With all her attributes she never inspired envy, only a desire to do better.
I didn’t know her well but we’ll enough to know her family must miss her terribly

Villette was as nice as she was beautiful. She was very also bright and friendly. I'm sure that everyone in our class remembers her well because she certainly stood out from the crowd. May she rest in peace.

Villette was a classmate at Manhattanville, ever open, warm, approachable. I shall never forget coming home for Christmas our freshman year to the shock of seeing such a familiar face--all its loveliness amplified--on the cover of a magazine casually lying on my parents' kitchen table! Despite her "fame," Villette remained ever herself, gracious and delightful. How sad to know she is no longer with us. May all who cherish her know the comfort of her continuing care. . .

I do remember Vilette as we all lived in Spellman Hall. She had that glamorous career as a teenage model, which amazed us all. And yet, she was just a tegular girl. Nice combination.

I lived down the hall from Villette. She was fiercely independent, smart and gracious. Her acerbic wit had me in stitches. Though we weren't close, I will miss her presence. My sincere sympathies to her family and friends

My memory of Villette is vivid. She was seventeen and dazzled us over breakfast at our house in Manhasset. My sister and I were in awe of her golden beauty. A kind and vivacious soul, she seemed a presence out of Gatsby. She was unforgettable.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss and send my sincerest condolences. Villette was a classmate at Manhattanville. She lightened up our long slogs at the typewriters getting term papers finished with her wit and humor. She was a good friend. I shall miss her very much.

For two years Villette was my mother's dog walker. In truth, she was much more. My mother over ninety, and in the house much of the day, always looked forward to seeing Villette. Smart, funny, and witty, she could always give my mother and siblings a good laugh. Sometimes, she was way beyond funny eliciting hysterical laughter. I remember times when just the site of her walking down the street made me chuckle.
If my mother seemed unwell, Villette always let my sister, brother, and I know. She was our extra set of eyes. Taking care of and watching an elderly parent slowdown is a trying experience. Villette gave us some comfort. We loved her and will miss her.

I only had the pleasure of getting to know Villette over the past couple of years. We met while both walking dogs on the UES and crossed paths nearly every day. I will miss running into her and seeing her smile. What a wonderful woman. She will be missed. My condolences to the family.
