I met Walter in April 1986 when he invited me to have breakfast at the Skye Club the day after my MBA graduation.
I did not accept his offer of employment, but I called him 2 months later and we forged a different business relationship.
In 2004 I mentioned his name and said-- " he was the nicest client I ever conducted business with" and to my surprise everyone at the table had conducted business with Walter and they all concurred!
If mankind could be like Walter the world would be much better off.
Bless you Walter Kaye

Walter and Selma were always gracious, welcoming and generous to all of us more-distantly related family members, which we greatly appreciated. We learned so much from them and will miss the ending of this era.

Walter, What a sheer joy you were to know since I met you in 1972 in Tucson with Joan. The next 43 years were a whirlwind of wonder and love with you and Selma. Private meeting in 1981 at the Opera with Pavarotti that you set up and then a trip to San Francisco to see me after cancer surgery. The memories and inspirations are endless. We love you Walter. Walter will always have a special place in my heart.
He was a professional wonder, a social success ( nobody could schmooze like he could!) a stock market lover and advisor, a cultural stimulant ( those fabulous nights at the opera) a generous, loving friend, a powerful but humble man who will always be remembered with deep affection and appreciation. He will always be my bubbala
