I worked at Matrix for a couple of years before moving out of state. In the 2 years I dealt with Warren, he was a Mench. Nothing else matters...may he rest in peace and his family reflect fondly

Hedy,

Lorraine and I have fond memories of our Dinners at your home in Pittsford. We were saddened to hear about Warren's death - seemed sudden.

If we can do anything please let us know.

Best and Love,

I had no idea when I called on Thursday that Warren had died. When I heard Tracie's voice I knew something was amiss but could not have guessed what you were going through. I will contact you soon. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

To the family of Warren,

I am a recent associate of Warren as a fellow director on the board of Electro Energy in Danbury. I was introduced to Warren by our mutual friend, Martin Klein. Having visited Warren in his Manhattan office, participated with him in several board meetings and recently had dinner with him in Florida, I have come to know of his wise counsel to business friends and his love for his family. May I express my deepest sympathies to each of you.

Dear Hedy,

We were so shocked and saddened to read the obituary in Saturday's New York Times. We tried to reach you late Sunday at the South Orange address, but to no avail. Having spoken to Sue and Stan we know that you are sitting Shiva at David's and will try to reach you there. We have wonderful memories of the times in Rochester long ago. So pleased and grateful that we were able to spend the afternoon with you both in San Francisco two years ago. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, David, Tracy and Adrienne.

Love, Carole and Mark

To Warren's family, I worked with Warren to build Rosenkrantz Ehrenkrantz' investment banking shop from scratch back in the early 80s.He was the master turnaround guy who knew it all from the corporate operatons and financial structure point of view.I was the kid stock market whiz/stock picker who knew little to nothing about the "real" world of corporate finance.Warren was my mentor and taught me more than I can say.We made a pretty good team,I think.I am shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. He was a good man.Tracy,I remember reading your first "Seinfeld" script and loving it at the time.I wish you and your family comfort and strength during what must be an incredibly difficult period. All the best,Gary Stein
