I had the opportunity to meet Warren around 2000 my wife and I were taken to this office of beautiful design and we were introduced to this handsome man with smile that yes was so real and warm but when he introduced himself as Warren wilentz we were so shocked, anyway his treatment of us was so reassuring and when I read of his passing in 2010 I truly was saddened he was as a great man sincerely Vincent

The entire family joins in expressing our heartfelt condolences to the Wilentz and Hess families upon the passing of Warren. Warren was my father Buddy's (Bernard W. Strone, MD) cousin and closest childhood friend. My brother Dan and I were often regaled with stories about growing up in Perth Amboy and the affection that Bud had for Warren. Those childhood roots run very deep. Our hearts go out particularly to Norma--for whom my Dad also had great affection--and to our cousin and high school classmate, Wayne. We hope that your grief may be lessened, in time, by warm memories of a respected professional and, more importantly, a good man.

Warren had the ability to treat and represent individuals with respect and humility regardless of the socioeconomic level of the person. It truly never mattered if he represented a Fortune 500 corporation or a person earning minimum wage. His "War Stories" of the good old days of practicing law and politics will be missed by all. It never mattered how many times you may have heard the story, his zest for life and never give up attitude made every story new and interesting. His smile will be missed by many, more than anyone could imagine. May God Bless You Warren!

I'll miss my adorable uncle, whom my father (Warren's little brother) loved so much. Warren was the most fun, told the best stories, was New Jersey through and through, and never so obsessed and full of fizz as when telling some old great political yarn that featured his father ("Pop") and the city of Perth Amboy, his hometown.
