WILLIAM ABELOW Obituary

ABELOW--William Joshua. 91, of Ambler, PA, formerly of Long Island, NY, gently passed away on September 17, 2025. As a respected labor attorney, he represented the League of Voluntary Hosp and Homes of NY, for decades. As a founding board member and Deputy Director, Bill helped establish the NYC Outward Bound School. He was the beloved husband of Judith, loving father of Janie Abelow-Finn and Deborah Abelow-Rogan (Kim Rogan-Abelow), cherished grandfather of Zachary (Sade) and Jacob (Nikiesha), and adored great-grand- father of Shoshana and Louis. Known for his kindness, courage, and generosity, Bill has left an enduring impact on all who knew him. Contributions in his memory may be made to NYC Outward Bound School. Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Service on September 21, 2025, 11:00am at Joseph Levine & Sons, 1002 W Skippack Pike, Blue Bell, PA. Shiva, Monday, September 22, 1:00pm-3:00pm at 501 Mattison Ave, Ambler PA 19002
