I just learned of Bill's passing and wanted to send my thoughts and prayers to his family, as well as anyone else feeling this tremendous loss. I knew Bill through his travels into Portland Maine. Truly a wonderful man. I'm happy to have known him and will cherish the conversations we've had throughout the years.

I just found about about Bill's passing and I wanted to express my sincere condolences. I met Bill though Patty and he was always such a kind and generous guy. Our professional careers could not have been more diverse, yet we never lacked for conversation. We shared a love of sports and I relished picking his brain for little workout tips to help me up my game. Bill was an engaging and charismatic guy and I feel grateful to have known him. I know he will be missed.

Last night I got the information from a friend that Bill passed away . Before that around a year we did not got any information from Bill. We know Bill for over 25 years , met him in Hongkong and China . He was always very kind and healthy . We still remember he always traveled with his heavy equipment for body building , a healthy and happy friend ! His last visit is around 7 years ago when he came to Shanghai and stayed with us for three days . He said that he will come back again , but now he left and we will always keep him in our minds - a friend !

It was my privilege to have worked with Bill on projects in Indonesia, Thailand and China, between the mid 1990s and 2005. He was a real, "old world gentlemen," in every way, never talking down or showing off, but quietly being the best dressed and most articulate person in the room. I'll miss him and will keep his family in my prayers.

Dear Family,
I met Bill through John Williams as I entered the aerospace industry over twenty years ago. What a bright and fun gentleman! Bill opened doors for me in distant corners of the world as his contacts data base was extraordinary. Bill's smile and gregarious nature made it easy for him to make friends around the world, and I thoroughly enjoyed his warm company. Please accept my deepest sympathy.

Bill was a brother, a partner, a friend and a mentor. For the first 20 years of my working life I spent it with him either traveling the world, or on our regular calls talking Aramex, business or politics. Today more 300 ARAMEX leaders meeting in Istanbul saluted Bill and remembered him with love and affection and lots of respect. His smile and stature are ever present in our minds. Thank you Bill for everything, you are always present with us. Fadi Ghandour and the global Aramex family
