LUCILLE DOLLAR Mrs. Lucille Dollar, 91 of Valley, Al. died Sunday January 16, 2011 at East Alabama Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM/EST Tuesday January 18, 2011 at Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home in Valley, AL with Rev Ken Holt officiating. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens in Lanett, AL. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM/EST at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home in Valley. Mrs. Dollar is survived by two sons, Mason (Angie) Dollar and Dr. Tony (Linda) Dollar; five grandchildren,Dawnn Dollar, Kristie Cambridge, Dusty (Michelle) Dollar, Jeremy (Amy) Dollar and Dr. Brantley (Dr. Jaime) Gaitan; and 9 great grandchildren. Mrs. Dollar was born June 9, 1919 in Langdale, AL. She was a member of the Langdale Congregational Christian Church. She was a retired employee of West Point Homes Langdale Mill, with 40 years of service with the company. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Langdale Congregational Christian Church in her memory. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years Cecil Winford Dollar. Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home of Valley is handling arrangements.
