Aurelia Quiroz

ODESSA In the arms of the angels, Aurelia Quiroz, the beloved matriarch of the Levario-Quiroz family swiftly departed on March 13, 2012, just one day after her seventy sixth birthday. She was truly an amazing and resilient woman who exemplified great strength and courage. She endured many hardships and difficulties and faced them all with dignity and with her head held high. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved her family dearly and was cherished greatly in return by all those around her. She will be sweetly and lovingly embraced in heaven by those who left before her. Among them her husband, Juan Levario and all six of her sons, Amador Levario, Armando Levario, Juan de Dios Levario, Jose Luis Levario, Pascual Levario and Francisco Javier Levario.

Life will not be the same without her cheerful smile and her glorious laughter. She leaves behind her only daughter, Ana Maria Acosta Levario, married to Jose Acosta and their two sons Ever and Javier Acosta. She also leaves many other grandchildren, who also loved her without limits. Surviving grandchildren are Arely Levario, Mariza Levario, Elena Levario, Marisol Urquidi, Juan Carlos Garcia, Juan Gilberto Levario, Amanda Levario, Iliana Levario, Luis Levario, Melissa Levario, Amador Levario, Melina Levario and Ever and Juan Javier Acosta. She also leaves four great-grandchildren. Her brothers, Bonifacio Quiroz of Kermit, Texas and Francisco Quiroz of Presidio, Texas and her two surviving sisters, Gloria Pena and Etelvina Quiroz Levya will dearly miss their beloved sister.

To our mother, grandmother, sister and friend we say, "even when our eyes can no longer see you and our hands can no longer hold you, our hearts will never stop feeling this great love for you." We'll all be together again someday. We love you more than any combination of words could ever convey.

Visitation for family and friends began Wednesday evening at 6PM at Martinez-Smith Funeral Home in Odessa, Texas and continues all day Thursday with a service at 7:30PM Thursday evening. Burial service will be held Friday at 2PM in Redford, Texas.
