Curtis Mullins Obituary

ODESSA Curtis Coy Mullins, 84, of Odessa, passed away Monday, October 15, 2007, at Medical Center Hospital. He was born December 24, 1922, in Honey Grove, TX.

Curtis served in the Army Air Corps and moved to Odessa in 1946 and was employed by ECISD as a school bus driver.

He was married to Daisy D. Haynes for 61 years.

He was also employed in the oilfield on drilling rigs for Santa Fe Drilling for 35 years and for A.W. Thompson Drilling. He was a member of Northside Baptist Church for 40 years.

He is survived by his wife, Dean Mullins of Odessa, son, Jimmie Mullins of Odessa, grandchildren, Scott Mullins, David Mullins, Julie Lewis and Jimmie Mullins, Jr. and 6 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, October 17, 2007, at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Rev. Clydel Chapman officiating.

Services are entrusted to Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
