Anna Fitch Obituary

Anna M. Fitch, 90, of Eighty Four, passed away with her family by her side, at the home of her son in Cambridge, Ohio, Tuesday, January 20, 2026. She was born on August 17, 1935, in McKeesport, a daughter of the late Paul and Margaret Mason Miller. Ann was a graduate of Cecil High School and had worked for 23 years as a dietician at the former Mayview State Hospital until her retirement in 2000. Ann was a member of the Red Hats, the Moose Lodge and the Hoot Owls Club in New Eagle. She enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, camping and vacationing, especially at the Kentucky Derby with her lifelong partner, Steve. She loved the Holidays, baking and listening to music, she rarely missed at Steeler or Pirate game. She enjoyed playing slots at the "Joint" with her best friend, Diana Butti, but most of all attending her children's activities in football and drill team over the years. Anna is survived by her son, Gary Fitch (Angel) of Cambridge, Ohio; a daughter, Lucinda (Tim) Harding of Eighty-Four; four grandchildren: Robert Erickson III, Sarah Kennedy, Dominique and Clayton Fitch; and a great-granddaughter, Kinsley Angel and her little dog, Cammie. She was preceded in death by her partner, Steve Fabin, who passed away August 10, 2017; a brother, Paul Miller; and two sisters, Joan Gildous and Florence Fitch. Friends will held at the Marshall Marra Funeral Home, Monongahela, 724-258-6767, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 22, at which time a service will begin. Private interment will be held at a later date in Monongahela Cemetery. Condolences for Ann can be made online at marshallmarrafuneralhome.com.
