News Death Notice

SMITH, David F. 89, of Middletown, died Wednesday, July 3, 2013, at Kensington Place. He was born in Jackson , Kentucky on April 10, 1924 to parents Charles and Ada (Neal) Smith. David served his country in the United States Navy during World War II. He retired from Interstate Folding Box Company. Mr. Smith is survived by his wife of 63 years, Jean. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers & sisters. Graveside service will be held Saturday, July 6, 2013 at 10:00 am at Woodside Cemetery, 1401 Woodside Blvd. (Section 25-A), Middletown with Father John Civille officiating. Dear Family: I don't know if I ever met Ada and David? I was born in Middletown in 1950. I am the the son of Frederick J.(son of Wm. Cleveland Neal)and Ruth Neal. Ada's Father John was my Great Grandfather...I wanted to connect with you and say we are very sorry for your loss and send you our deepest sympathy and prayers to carry on with loving memories of David.
