I wrote a poem once whichT think best describes Dolly and Mike's love for each other:
ONE
You are me, and I am you, and all that we are, we are together.
There is not a day without a sunrise, nor is there a day that begins without thoughts of you.
You are me, and I am you, and all that we are, we are together.
Whether locked withi strife, or locked within a warm embrace, We share those moments, knowing what we feel within, and thus our love survives.
You are me, and I am you,and all that we are, we are together.
Be it a thousand miles distant, you are just a thought away, and your essence swells within and warms me to the depth of my soul.
you are me, and I am you, and all that we are, we are together.
We will love... We will share...We will grow... Together...
