George Pulaski Obituary

George T. Pulaski, 73, of Belle Vernon, Rostraver Township, died Thursday, January 5, 2017, at 2:04 p.m. in UPMC-Presbyterian hospital, Pittsburgh.
Born June 24, 1943, in Belle Vernon, he is preceded in death by his parents, George and Lena Chmielewski Pulaski and Henry and Stella Anielewski.
A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon, Mr. Pulaski was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church, Belle Vernon and was a retired crane man from U.S. Steel Irvin Works.
He enjoyed playing the lottery, was a member of Polish National Alliance, was an avid Pittsburgh Penguins fan, was one to always lend a helping hand to his neighbors, and most of all, loved spending time and vacationing with his family.
Surviving are his wife, Helen Kuch Pulaski, to whom he was married 52 and a half years; four children, George Pulaski of Jacksonville, Fla., Steven Pulaski of Pittsburgh, Leanne and Steve Hutton of Gibsonia and Laurie and Seth Fosmire of Houston; seven grandchildren, Erik Pulaski, Elizabeth Pulaski, Jack Hutton, Anna Hutton, Steven Hutton, Van Fosmire and Alex Fosmire; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Tom and Sue Anielewski of Elco and David and Cheryl Anielewski of Belle Vernon; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Roseann and Cliff Biddlestone of Belle Vernon and Sylvia and Ken Stulock of Belle Vernon.
Deceased are two brothers, Henry Anielewski and Walter Anielewski.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Parzynski Funeral Home and Cremations, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon, 724-929-6183. Prayers of Transfer will be held at 9:30 am Monday, January 9, in the funeral home, followed by funeral mass at 10 am at St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church with the Rev. Msgr. Roger A. Statnick Pastor as celebrant. Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Members of St. Sebastian parish will pray the rosary Sunday at 3 p.m. in the funeral home.
