Glenn Harps Obituary
Glenn H. Harps Jr., 70, of Avella Road, Avella, passed away in the early morning Wednesday, August 3, 2022, following a lengthy illness.
He was born April 12, 1952, a son of the late Glenn H. Harps Sr. and Iva H. Sprowls-Harps.
Glenn proudly served with the United States Army in Desert Storm. He also enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Glenn was a beloved husband of 20 years to Sherry L. Harps, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Christopher and Scott; a daughter, Romaine; two brothers, Raymond Sprowls and William R. Harps; an uncle, Earl Gorby; as well as several grandchildren.
Glenn was preceded in death by his mother and father; and two brothers, Robert "Bobby" A. Harps and David L. Harps.
Glenn wished to be cremated and is now enshrined at The National Cemetery of The Alleghenies.
