Grace M. "Little Grace" Hawkins, 79, of Canonsburg, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 18, 2022, in Town View Health and Rehabilitation Center, Canonsburg.
Miss Hawkins was born May 10, 1943, in Washington, daughter of the late Herbert N. Hawkins and the late Edna Mae Conklin. Her stepfather, Willis G. Conklin is also deceased. Miss Hawkins attend Pathways on Jefferson Avenue, enjoyed bowling, working puzzles, miniature golfing and watching Wheel of Fortune.
At one time she volunteered with Meals on Wheels and she also at one time helped her mother and stepfather clean the Snowy White Laundry Mats in the evenings. She will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved her.
Surviving is a brother, Herbert (Mary) Hawkins of Ashtabula, Ohio; three sisters, Wilma (Arnold) Schulte of Ashtabula, Ohio, Nancy Carter of Houston, and Bonnie (Don Lachman) of Claysville; three grandchildren, Charles (Courtney) Gregg, Mona Lisa Morris and Jolene Chase; two great-grandchildren, Brodie and Kyson Morris; and a sister-in-law, Rebecca "Sue" Hawkins. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
In addition to her mother, father and stepfather, Miss Hawkins was preceded in death by a daughter, Tina Morris; four brothers, Harold "Butch" Hawkins, Charles Hawkins, Lowe Michael Hawkins and Joseph Hawkins, who died in infancy; a stepsister, Sandra Conklin; and a grandson, Dustin Gregg.
Friends will be received from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., the hour of a funeral service, on Thursday, September 22, 2022, in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson at East Katherine Avenue, Washington, S. Timothy Warco, Supervisor / Owner, Holly Renay Warco, Director, S. Timothy Warco II, Director, Park N. Crosier, Director.

So sorry to the family and friends of Grace. She was such a sweet lady who brought smiles and happiness to everyone here while she attended Pathways. We have missed her presence for the past few years since leaving our facility. A true angel she is. We send our condolences and prayers.
