Jacob Garrett Coffman

Jacob Garrett Coffman, 24, of Fredericktown, passed away Monday, December 12, 2016, in his home.
He was born September 30, 1992, in Anniston, Ala., a son of Kenneth R. Coffman Jr. and Lisa Grubbs Ligon.
Mr. Coffman was a 2011 graduate of Bethlehem-Center High School.
He always enjoyed making people laugh. Spending time with his friends and loved ones and helping them in any way he could, his love of music and playing video games and his free spirit are all things for which he will be remembered.
He was also mechanically inclined and able to fix or repair most anything. He particularly enjoyed working on cars, hunting and fishing.
Surviving are his father, Kenneth R. Coffman Jr. (Maria) of Fredericktown; his mother, Lisa Grubbs Ligon of Heflin, Ala.; seven siblings, Trey Coffman of Oakmont, Emily Coffman of Fredericktown, Riley Ligon and River Ligon, both of Heflin, Jon Ovial of Fredericktown, Michael Ovial of Plum Borough and Elyse Ovial of Beallsville; his maternal grandmother, Lawdean Grubbs of Heflin; grandmother Mary Corazzi of Fredericktown; and numerous cousins.
Deceased are his paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Virginia Coffman, and his maternal grandfather, Henry Grubbs.
Friends will be received from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Greenlee Funeral Home, 42 Bank Street, Fredericktown, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, December 16, with Pastor John Thomas officiating. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Jen Fund, P.O. Box 64, Clarksville, PA 15322, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
