Jacqueline Eonta Obituary

Jacqueline Capozzi Eonta went to be with the lord with her daughters by her side Sunday, October 12, 2025. She was born in Canonsburg on February 10, 1935 to Sophia and Michael Capozzi. She graduated from Canonsburg High School where she was head cheerleader and studied bookkeeping and secretarial skills at a local business college, she enjoyed a life full of varied work and experiences, each adding to the rich story of who she was. Jackie was a devoted wife to Charles Eonta who passed away October 2, 1969. She is survived by her two daughters, Michele (Tom) Bobola and Karen Eonta. She is also survived by her two brothers Michael (Nancy), and Gene Capozzi, sister, Barbara (David) Kirr, as well as many cousins, nephews, and nieces who loved her. She enjoyed music, reading, watching football and golf, shopping, traveling and most of all spending time with her family and friends. A funeral service and burial will take place at Queen Of Heaven Cemetery on October 16, 2025 at 2 p.m. Arrangements are entrusted to Sollon Funeral and Cremation Services, LTD, 30 East College Street, Canonsburg, PA 15317, Phillip L. Sollon, supervisor, 724-746-1000.
