John R. Lombardo III, 59, of Avella, formerly of Imperial, died Thursday, July 5, 2018, in Heritage Valley, Beaver.
He was the beloved husband of the late Barbara Bugay Lombardo, who passed September 28, 2015, and a son of Jennie Potocnik Lombardo and the late Raymond Lombardo.
He was the beloved father of Amanda (Doug Jewart) Lombardo and Crystal (Christopher) Sandell; stepfather of Daniel (Jennifer) Marzzarella, Amanda (Heath) Peterson and Anastasia (Nicholas) Brooks; brother of Nancy (Robert) Hughes and the late Jennie and Raymond Lombardo; and cherished grandfather of Shiley and Clayton.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Herrick Compassionate Funeral Service PC, Edward M. Herrick, supervisor/owner, 951 Cliff Mine Road, North Fayette Township, Imperial, 724-694-7332. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, July 9, in St. Columbkille Roman Catholic Church, Route 30, Imperial.
It is respectfully requested memorial donations be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

Aunt Jenny and Nancy so sorry to hear of John.s passing. I pray for peace of heart for all of you. If you would like to have contact with us my facebook page is Cheryl Lunn. I would love to reconnect. We have not been North in almost 30 years. I keep up with Tootsie and she keeps me up with what she hears from her sisters. I am glad Cathy was in town.
