Jonathon Derrick "Jadie" Wilson, 44, of Bentleyville, passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2021, in Washington Hospital.
He was born September 4, 1976, in Washington, a son of Keith Wilson (Marla) of Rostraver Township and Carol Amos Richardson (Buddy) of Bentleyville, who survive.
Jonathon attended Bentworth High School his first three years and then California Area High School graduating in 1994, making many friends at both schools.
He was employed in the landscaping industry.
Jadie was a kindhearted, loving, hilarious soul who was crazy about his family and sons. He enjoyed playing video games with them (Apex was his favorite), camping, writing awesome poetry (having published five), watching the Steelers and Penguins, playing guitar and singing, jamming on the harmonica with his dad and loving and caring for his mother.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents; two sons, Jaden Wilson of Bentleyville and Liam Wilson of Eighty Four; two brothers, Shane Wilson of Kentucky and Gideon Wilson of Uniontown; two sisters, Kali Wilson of Nashville, Tenn., and Sheleah Wilson of Kentucky; longtime friend and mother to Liam, Amanda Kadash; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, numerous friends and his newest buddy, Indica (Jaden's cat).
Deceased are a brother, Gabriel Louis Wilson (twin of Gideon); grandparents Cosby D. and Genevieve Wilson, and Louis and Flora (Kitty) Amos; four uncles, David and Kenny Wilson, Mark Amos and Gregory Gehringer.
A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 4, in Bentleyville United Methodist Church followed by a reception at the Bentleyville Fire Hall.
