Joseph Anthony Traficanti

Joseph Anthony Traficanti, 87, of Washington, formerly of Pittsbugh, died Sunday, April 23, 2017, in Washington County Health Center, Chartiers Township.
He was born October 6, 1929, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late William Patrick Trafican and Angeline Tominello Trafican.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He worked at Emerson Electric and the postal service and was also a barber.
He was a member of North Ten Mile Baptist Church, Amity.
He enjoyed hunting, playing cards, all animals, spending time with family and being outdoors.
On April 5, 1956, he married Rhea Edwards, who died July 24, 1979.
On August 6, 1988, he married Lenora Reese, who survives.
Also surviving are Daniel J. (Kristine) Traficanti of Pittsburgh; daughter Tanya (Daniel) Oslowski of Austin, Texas; four grandchildren, Daniel Jr., Cameron, Ryan and Andrea.
Deceased are two brothers, William Patrick and Phillip.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Friday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. Additional visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m., the time of service, Saturday, April 29, in North Ten Mile Baptist Church. Burial will follow North Ten Mile Baptist Cemetery.
