Kandy Sue Machesky

Kandy Sue Machesky, 53, of Rogersville, PA passed away on Thursday, October 23, 2025. She was born on May 14, 1972 a daughter of the late Richard and Fannie Mae Machesky. She was a long-time member of Greene Arc - which was like her second family. She enjoyed participating in the Special Olympics, where she bowled. She loved coloring and crafting and looked forward to her outings of shopping with her friends and caretakers from The Arc. She was known for giving out her pictures that she colored and her blinged-out outfits and jewelry. She could always be found with her cheese puffs and diet pepsi. She loved animals - especially dogs and cats. She is survived by her siblings, Marcia Linz (the late Art), Rick Machesky (Debbie), Tammy Policz (the late Mark), and Brian Machesky; niece and caregiver, Devan Beal (Jason); special great-niece, Marklee Beal; nephew, Ben Policz (Kaylee), great-niece, Oaklynn Policz; nieces and nephews, Bailey, Jack, and Kenlee Machesky, Caleb, Adam, Katie, Alex, Josh, Issac, and Mary Machesky, and Christopher Linz; her loving friend, Steve; and her beloved cat, Roger. Friends and family are invited to the visitation on Monday, October 27 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Behm Funeral Home, 1477 Jefferson Rd., Jefferson, PA 15344, where a funeral service will take place on Tuesday, October 28 at 11 a.m.; burial to follow at Greene County Memorial Park.
