Lynn Cameron-Pentecost Obituary

Lynn Cameron-Pentecost, 60, died unexpectedly, in her home, Friday, July 25, 2025. Born July 21, 1965, in Pittsburgh, Lynn was the youngest child of Richard and Edwina Cameron, both deceased, of Washington. A lively and athletic child, Lynn was a champion swimmer, earning All-American status as a student swimmer at Washington and Jefferson College, where she studied business and pledged Delta Gamma sorority. Upon graduation in 1987, Lynn became a member of the fourth generation of ownership of Cameron Coca-Cola, remaining with the company until its sale in 1999. Lynn's greatest joy was being a proud and loving mother to her three children, Nicholas (Madison Cyr), Riley, and Eric Riotto, all of whom survive. Her children fondly remember spending family time at the Elmhurst Swim Club, trips to their many sporting events, and celebrating holidays together. A dog lover all her life, Lynn especially loved the company of golden and labrador retrievers, Henry and Floyd being the latest in a long line of furry companions. A breast cancer survivor, Lynn married Alexander Pentecost V, who survives, October 14, 2015, embracing her role as stepmother to Alex's children, Alexander John VI, Ian, and Lt. Jaqueline Marie Pentecost. Lynn and Alex loved to travel, alternating between the sunny climes of St. Maarten and the Bahamas and the ski slopes of Colorado. Lynn is survived by four older brothers: Richard of Chicago, Ill., William (Susan Martinelli), James (Nancy), and Steven (Diane), all of Washington. Lynn will long be remembered as a doting aunt to numerous nephews, nieces, grand- nephews, and grand- nieces. All funeral arrangements are private and under the direction of the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson at East Katherine Avenues, Washington, S. Timothy Warco, owner / supervisor, Holly Renay Warco, director, S. Timothy Warco II, director.
