Mary Telban Obituary

Mary Ellen Telban, 93, of Venetia, died Wednesday, April 14, 2021, at her home.

She was born October 11, 1927, in Mahaffey, a daughter of Forest and Loretta Hawk Bornhoft.

Mrs. Telban was a homemaker and a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Bridgeville.

She was a graduate of Curwensville High School, a great lover of animals and enjoyed crocheting and doing puzzles.

Surviving are her husband, Charles Telban; two sons, Forest (Donna) and Gary (Karen) Owens, both of Albuquerque, N.M.; two grandchildren, Lesley and Michael; four great-grandchildren, London and Jadyn Owens and Isiah and Abagail Holle; a niece, Edith.

Deceased is a sister, Irene Rishel.

At the request of the deceased, there will be no public visitation. Interment in Finleyville Cemetery will be private.

A memorial service will be held at a later date and time to be announced.

Memorial contributions can be made to Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 3482 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, PA 15017 or Washington Area Humane Society, P.O. Box 66, Eighty Four, PA 15330.

Arrangements are under the direction of Kegel Funeral Home, Inc. in Finleyville.
