Michael H. Markulik, Sr., 65, of Washington, died Friday, March 27, 2026, in Jefferson Hospital. He was born May 11, 1960, in Washington, a son of the late William Charles and Mary Martha Young Markulik. He was a graduate of Trinity High School and studied to be an electrician in technical school. He worked as a certified electrician. Family and friends will be received from 6 to 7 p.m., the hour of the blessing service, Wednesday, in the Piatt and Barnhill Funeral Home, 420 Locust Avenue, Washington. Interment will be private.
